1 cup whole milk
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 Tbs pumpkin puree
1 Tbs instant espresso powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for dusting
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
2 scoops Goldenbrook Vanilla Ice Cream
cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, espresso powder, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and cardamom. Whisk over low heat until well-combined and about to simmer.
  2. Add a scoop of ice cream to two small glasses or mugs. Pour the espresso mixture over the ice cream. Dust with additional pumpkin pie spice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
